Description

Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Charleston, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.

The contractor shall replace the existing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems at the Liberty Square Visitor Center in accordance with the project construction specifications and drawings. The work includes all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and coordination necessary to remove and replace HVAC systems to restore and improve building functionality. Performance shall comply with applicable Davis-Bacon prevailing wage requirements and all federal, state, and local codes and standards. The project will be awarded as a single firm-fixed-price construction contract, with work executed under the terms and conditions established in the final solicitation. Location: Liberty Square Visitor Center, Fort Sumter National Historic Park, 340 Concord Street, Charleston, SC 29401 The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
