The project consists of renovating the mens locker room at Rockwell Hall Gym under Task Order LC-3147. The work includes providing all required supervision, labor, materials, and equipment in accordance with the Specifications (Attachment A) and Scope of Work (Attachment B) to deliver a complete, usable, and fully finished renovation. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price task order. All work and options must be completed within 120 calendar days after task order award, which serves as the notice to proceed and includes the initial 15 days allotted for task order distribution, submission and approval of insurance and bonding, and other task order and MACC requirements. Offerors are responsible for accounting for all lead times associated with supplies, materials, and equipment, and must submit a pre-proposal inquiry with justification if the stated construction duration is not feasible. The estimated price range for this construction project is between $250,000 and $500,000 in accordance with FAR 36.204.
