Sealed Bid Proposals will be received for construction of the Common Area Painting in Riverside Residential Complex, UA Project #000-26-4290. General Contractors are required to prequalify prior to bidding or performing work. There will be a mandatory pre-bid conference for General Contractors at the Conference Room of the Procurement Services Annex and subsequent job site visit. Preliminary Drawings and Specifications are open to public inspection at the Office of Construction Administration Plan Room, Ancillary Services Building, Second Floor. Final plans, specifications, and contract documents will be available for examination at this location and for printing or examination. Pre-qualification requirements: General Contractors must prequalify prior to bidding or performing work. Prequalification submissions must be received by the specified deadline; late submittals will not be accepted. The current Master List is only applicable to General Contractors, and there is no Subcontractor Master List. Scope: Interior wall to wall painting in common areas for all floors at UA Riverside North, East, and West residence halls. Includes main lobbies and hallways.
