The City of Keene is seeking bid proposals from qualified contractors for the Court Street Well Field Upgrade Project. The project includes but is not expressly limited to the following scope of services: Task 1. Preliminary and Final Design Services Attend kickoff meeting onsite Attend minimum of three project workshops with City officials. Review all pertinent well facility information including drawings, manuals, property boundaries and water quality data, etc. Assess, evaluate and recommend project scope based on findings. Assist City with applying for grant funding opportunities. Prepare construction specifications and drawings for bid. Submit 30%, 60% and 90% construction documents for the City for review and comment. Send 90% submittal to NHDES for review and comment. Modify documents based on comments received and issue 100% P.E. stamped documents for bidding Prepare a cost estimate for the project to be submitted at the 60, 90 and 100% contract document submissions deadlines. Attend all meetings in person or virtually, as necessary. Task 2. Bidding Services The City will prepare the front-end documents and advertise the project. Attend pre-bid meeting. Assist the City in responding to perspective bidders' questions Assist the City in providing supplemental information to be issued by Addendum. Review bids and recommend award. Attend all meetings in person or virtually as necessary. Task 3. Construction Phase Services Attend and coordinate pre-construction meeting Review submittals and shop drawings Review and approve contractor pay requests Prepare change orders as needed Provide construction oversight services during construction Prepare and submit recommendations for substantial completion.
