a. Subcontractor shall perform all work and shall furnish all supervision, labor, materials, plant, scaffolding, tools, equipment, supplies and all other things necessary for the construction and completion of the work described in Exhibit A ("Work"), in strict accordance and full compliance with the terms of the Contract Documents identified in Subparagraph 2(a) and to the satisfaction of Construction Manager/General Contractor and Owner. b. Subcontractor shall be bound to Construction Manager/General Contractor by the terms of the Contract Documents insofar as they apply to the Work and shall assume toward Construction Manager/General Contractor all the obligations that the Construction Manager/General Contractor, by the Contract Documents, assumes toward the Owner. c. Subcontractor shall bind each Sub-Subcontractor, to the extent of the work to be performed by the Sub-subcontractor, to the terms of the Contract Documents. Sub-subcontractor will be required to assume all obligations and responsibilities toward the Subcontractor that the Subcontractor, by the Contract Documents, assumes toward the Construction Manager/General Contractor, and that the Construction Manager/General Contractor, by the Contract Documents, assumes toward the Owner.
