Remove existing cubicle workstations Remove existing furniture Remove existing shelving; salvage and coordinate for reuse and relocation. Remove existing woodwork counters and counter supports. Remove existing wall base. Remove existing plotter; coordinate for salvage, reuse, and relocation. Protect existing door frames and hardware to remain in place. Protect existing acoustic ceiling tile and grid system to remain. Repairs & Surface Preparation Patch and repair any damaged gypsum wallboard (drywall) to a smooth, paint-ready finish. Prepare all surfaces for new finishes, including cleaning, sanding, and priming as required. Installation & Finishes Install new carpet flooring in all designated areas. Install new wall base to match existing facility standards. Paint existing door frames with new finish. Paint all existing partitions/walls with new finish. Verify protection of existing HVAC systems; adjust diffusers if required for new layout. Coordinate with IT staff for any relocation of data/telecom outlets if impacted. Ensure all electrical systems remain operational; modify outlets if needed to support new layout. Maintain compliance with all applicable codes and standards.
