Sealed bids are requested for Hammond High School Athletic Track Restoration, Project Number 25-0095, located at 45168 River Rd, Hammond, LA 70401. Complete bidding documents are available electronically at no charge. Printed copies are not available from the Designer, but may be reproduced by the bidder. Bids must include bid security amounting to five percent (5.0%) of the total bid (base bid and all alternates). The successful bidder is required to provide a Performance and Payment Bond as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders. Bids will only be accepted from contractors licensed in Classification 1 - Building Construction per LA. R.S. 37:2150-2192 and who comply with all state provisions and requirements. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause. No bid may be withdrawn for forty-five (45) days except as provided by law.
