Sealed proposals are requested for the Lamar County High School Cupola Replacement in Vernon, Alabama. A cashier's check or bid bond payable to Lamar County Board of Education in an amount not less than five percent of the bid amount, but no more than $10,000, must accompany each proposal. Performance and Payment Bonds and evidence of insurance are required at contract signing. Drawings and specifications are available for examination at the architect's and TuscaBlue offices, and bid documents can be obtained for a deposit, which may be refunded under certain conditions. Bids must be submitted on proposal forms furnished by the architect.
