Site work, renovation and addition to a medical facility in Moberly, Missouri. Completed plans call for the addition of a medical facility; for the renovation of a medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.
The project consists of full remodeling of and addition to the existing building for the Randolph County Health Department in Moberly, Missouri. The addition will be of wood-framed construction, with associated site work including utilities, grading, and a new parking lot. All work is to be under one contract with a general contractor. Bids require a 5% bid bond and a 100% performance and material payment bond from the contractor awarded the work. Wage Determination is based on Annual Wage Order No. 32 for Randolph County. The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities. Bid documents are available for viewing at various plan rooms. Bid documents are available from Triangle Blueprints in Columbia, MO, and will also be on file with several construction-related organizations.
