The purpose is to establish a contract for supply and installation of finish and fixture renovations in the Peabody Lodge restrooms. The product list and requirements are indicated in the Scope of Work and Offer sections. All work shall be completed in a reasonable time frame as mutually agreed upon with the agency and vendor. Vendors are instructed to read the entire bid invitation, complete the pricing information in the Offer section, complete the Vendor Contact Information section, and fill out, sign, and notarize page one of the bid invitation.
