Project No: M1629-00 consists of LED lighting upgrades at the Northern Regional Medical Examiner's Office, 325 Norfolk Street, Newark, Essex County, NJ. All bids must be submitted as a single lump sum covering all trades. Bidders must be classified with DPMC under the Electrical (C047) trade. Only contractors who attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting and have pre-registered the names of all attendees by the specified deadline are eligible to submit bids. Pre-registration of attendees is required via email. Bid proposals are to be submitted electronically via the Bid Express service; paper bids will not be accepted. Question Deadline 04/28/2026 Every request for an interpretation relating to clarification or correction of the plans, specifications, or other bid documents must be made in writing, addressed to the architect/engineer and the DPMC Director, and must be received at least five (5) working days prior to the date fixed for the opening of the bids
