Replacement of culvert and pulverization and overlay of the existing Center Valley Road (approximately 5,280 feet) between CTH A and Hample Road in the Town of Center in Outagamie County, Wisconsin. Work includes pulverizing and overlaying with asphalt and gravel shoulders, approximately 1,400 feet of concrete curb and gutter, and replacement of driveways within the right-of-way. Cross culverts, storm sewer, and driveway culverts will be replaced. No proposal will be accepted unless accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to at least 5% of the amount bid, payable to the Owner as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proper contract and bond within 15 days after the award of the contract. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The minimum wages to be paid on the project shall be in accordance with the wage rate scale established by local wage rates. Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
