Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Necedah, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the construction of a 864-square-foot, one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.
Sealed bids are being accepted for the Veteran's Park Pavilion Project. The project includes constructing a park pavilion sized 24' x 36' x 10' at the Village of Necedah Veteran's Park, featuring two restrooms, a mechanical room, and an open shelter area, as well as additional concrete work for sidewalks. The Village will purchase and supply all framing, roofing, soffit/facia, and associated building materials. The contractor and their electrical and plumbing subcontractors are responsible for all electrical and plumbing materials and labor. Sewer and water service lines are pre-installed to the construction site. Bidders must provide a certificate of insurance at the time of bid. Bids must not be withdrawn for 60 days after opening, and the Village reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive informalities. The successful bidder must complete the project by the specified date.
