Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Necedah, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

In general, the work consists of: site clearing and grubbing, grading, ditching, pulverizing asphalt pavement, removing asphalt pavement, excavation, removing and replacing culvert pipes, removal and installation of concrete vault toilets and associated electrical connections, placing base course material as necessary for excavation below subgrade, placing base aggregate, concrete pavement, asphalt pavement, pavement marking, permanent signing, site restoration, and other miscellaneous items of work. Base Bid will be received for: A single lump sum bid for All Work. Bid Guarantee in the amount of 10% of the Bid must accompany each bid submitted. Question Deadline 12/26/2025 Bidders shall bring inadequacies, omissions or conflicts to the Architect/Engineers attention at least ten (10) days before MEP bidding commences
