Site work for a communication facility in Necedah, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a communication facility.
Construction of two 80-foot towers at the Necedah, Wisconsin Hardwood Range is required. The contract will be Firm-Fixed-Price and awarded as an all-or-none requirement; partial proposals will not be considered. The Government intends to award a single contract to the responsible Offeror whose proposal meets all solicitation requirements and is most advantageous based on evaluation criteria in Sections L and M. Offerors must be registered in SAM and are encouraged to inspect the site prior to submitting proposals. Site visit details are provided in Section L, FAR 52.236-27 of the attached SF 1442. Proposals must be submitted electronically in PDF format by the specified response date.
