The Project is Length is 1,075 the Width of 22nd Rout E is 20 Feet (Travel Lane Width 10 Feet) With 2 It Wide Shoulders. Contractor Must Also Provide the Village of Necedah With a Certificate of Insurance A Certified Check of Bank Draft Payable to the Village of Necedah, or a Satisfactory Bid Bond in the Amount of 5% of the Gross Bid Shall Accompany Sach Bid as a Goatamos That if the Tid is Accepted as the Successté Bid Such Successful Bidder Wil Execute and File the Proposed Contract and Performance Bond Within Ten (10) Days After Notice of Awant of Contract. The Village of Fiecedah Reserves the Rights to Walve Any Informas or to Hect Any or All Bits and to Award the Contrad to the Contractor Who in the Judgement of the Village of Nocedan Will Best Serve the Interests of the Village of Necedah
