Renovation of an educational facility in Salina, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
You are invited to submit a sealed bid, as a plumbing contractor, on a single prime contract for the replacement of the boilers for USD 305 Cottonwood Elementary. The contractor is to furnish all labor and materials as specified in the contract documents. The project scope includes, but is not limited to: removing existing boilers and pumps, and installing new boilers, pumps, and equipment as outlined on the drawings and specification provided by the engineer and architect. A bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid must accompany each bid. A performance bond and other required statutory bonds must be provided in the full amount of the contract, as specified, with conditions for approval by the owner and return of signed contracts with bonds and insurance certificates within ten days after notification of award.
