Sealed Bids will be received for furnishing all labor and materials for the construction of the South High Football Field Paving. The project scope includes: new concrete slab and associated site preparation; slab with various thicknesses as required for installation of new prefabricated bleacher system; installation of underground conduits to coordinate with Grandstand Press box requirements and future needs; new sidewalk; new curb cuts in existing sidewalk; site grading and associated drains, flumes, trenches, etc., as required for onsite drainage; and installation of new yard hydrant and associated underground water piping. The General Construction Contract will include General Construction, Mechanical, and Electrical Work combined into one contract. The type of work completed and proposed Subcontractors will be carefully considered before awarding the contract. The Owner is not obligated to accept the lowest or any other bid. The Owner has identified a Select Bidders List for the General Construction. Drawings, Specifications, and Contract Documents may be obtained by bona fide Prime Bidders and Subcontractors from Jones Gillam Renz Architect upon deposit of $200.00. Electronic Drawings and specifications will be available for review on the specified website. Subcontractors bidding from documents via website or plan room must contact the architect's office to register as an official Plan Holder. Those who submit prime bids may obtain refunds by returning sets in good condition within the specified timeframe. No refund will be made to Contractors not submitting a bid, unless all documents are returned in good condition five days prior to the time of receiving bids.
