Site work, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in The Dalles, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
This project is for Design-Build proposals from qualified firms to provide comprehensive civil engineering, architectural design, and construction services for the revitalization of the Oak Ranch Revitalization Project. The project encompasses the major revitalization of an approximately 48-site RV park, including the design and installation of critical utility infrastructure, a new septic lift station and force main connection to the city wastewater system, the installation of a residential water service line, and the construction of a modern, ADA-compliant restroom and shower facility. This project is subject to Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries prevailing wage requirements. This final Scope of Work (SOW) integrates the technical specifications from the OPRD Project Budget, the sustainability requirements of the grant narrative, and the mandatory ADA and environmental safeguards
