Wasco County is seeking a custodial cleaning services provider to deliver a full range of custodial cleaning services for County-owned buildings. The County may contract each building separately. Proposals must follow all instructions, including submitting the Price Proposal section as a separate, clearly labeled PDF file for electronic submissions, or in a separate, sealed envelope for hard copy submissions. All proposals are due by the specified deadline and must comply with all prescribed requirements; otherwise, they will be rejected. The County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to negotiate separately with competing contractors. Proposals should be clearly marked for custodial cleaning services and submitted in accordance with the outlined guidelines, with both a technical proposal and a separate price proposal included in the submission. Contractors should ensure timely submission as late proposals will not be accepted.
