Site work and addition to a mixed-use development in Manito, Illinois. Completed plans call for the addition of a educational facility.
Sealed bids for the early bid phase in the construction of a building addition for a new athletic facility at Midwest Central High School. The Project scope includes adding a new 10,350 SF Indoor Practice Facility to the existing high school. The facility will house basketball, volleyball, and pickleball courts. This will be precast concrete wall panel building with steel joist and deck. A new brick-and-metal-panel wall corridor will connect the existing school to the new indoor practice facility. The scope also includes adding a new janitor room and storage adjacent to the existing music room. Existing boys' and girls' restrooms adjacent to the music room will be renovated to make it ADA complaint. . The project area is currently a green space located in the southeast area of the high school, to the south of the parking lot and five feet away from the greenhouse.
