Site work and new construction of a power facility in Hibbing, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the construction of a power facility; and for site work for a power facility.
The contractor is to provide all labor, equipment, supervision, scheduling, services, and certain materials required to construct the modernized Beltline Substation. All work must be performed in accordance with the project design, utility standards, applicable codes, safety requirements, and manufacturer specifications. The contractor (with or without their sub-contractors) is responsible for the complete construction of the Beltline Substation and installation of associated equipment. The contractor should refer to Section 01 11 00 Scope of Work, and to the engineering documentation listed in project drawings, for further details. The contractor must complete all aspects of the construction and installation as outlined by the provided project documents. The purpose of this proposal is to obtain a contractor to provide all labor, equipment, supervision, scheduling, services, and certain materials required to construct the modernized Beltline Substation. The contractor shall perform all work in accordance with the project design, utility standards, applicable codes, safety requirements, and manufacturer specifications.
