Sealed bids will be received at Otto Associates Engineers & Land Surveyors, Inc., 9 West Division Street, Buffalo, MN 55313, until 10:00 A.M. on Tuesday, May 12, 2026. Bid Documents may be examined at Otto Associates Engineers & Land Surveyors, Inc. and obtained upon payment of $25.00 for each set (non-refundable), or by email in PDF format at no cost. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bidder's bond payable to Silver Creek Township for not less than five percent of the total bid, as a guarantee that the bidder will, within thirty days after notification of award of contract, enter into an agreement with the Township and furnish a performance bond and a payment bond for the full amount of the Contract as provided by law. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities or irregularities, and to award the contract in the best interest of the Township. No bidder may withdraw their bid for a period of thirty days after the bid opening.
