Reference Number 0000422049 Source ID PU.AG.USA.2548846.C15770876 Piggyback Contract No The Town of Windsor ("Town") is requesting qualifications from experienced transportation planning and engineering consulting firms to enter into a Professional Services Agreement to update the Road Impact Fee (RIF) and Transportation Master Plan (TMP) for the Town. Selection will be based on demonstrated qualifications, experience, and capacity to perform the work and will include consultant presentation and roundtable discussion with Town selection committee followed by a detailed cost proposal to complete updates to RIF and TMP.
