The work generally consists of the trenchless rehabilitation and relining of existing sanitary sewer and stormwater pipelines utilizing fiberglass reinforced ultraviolet (UV) cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining or steam-cured CIPP lining methods, including all necessary cleaning, preparation, bypass pumping, traffic control, testing, reinstatement, permitting, and restoration required for a complete and operational installation. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, traffic control, permits, and incidentals necessary to complete the work in accordance with the Contract Documents and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Labor and Materials Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % Each Bidder shall file with the Bid, an acceptable Bid Security in the form of a cashier's check, certified check or a bidder's bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
