The existing systems have reached the end of their service life. Therefore, this essential power system upgrade is necessary to ensure reliable, upgraded power for critical services and sustained operational resilience. The goal of renovating office spaces at the Activity Center is to convert existing open cubicles spaces into enclosed offices to increase staffing capacity and improve staff efficiency and comfort and, expand kitchenette space to improve useability by reducing archive space to accommodate seating area. Existing Finishes: safeguard all existing floor finishes not slated for replacement. iii. HVAC Systems: Use air filters on HVAC distribution to prevent dust migration. iv. Electrical Power: Schedule electrical disruptions in advance; after-hours work may be required to minimize operational impact. v. Renovation Plan: Develop a detailed sequence of renovations to ensure continuous occupancy in adjacent office spaces not being renovated. vi. Maintain Safety: Keep all life safety devices operational. Any necessary modifications must be coordinated and performed while the facility is closed.
