Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Gaithersburg, Maryland. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
SCOPE OF WORK The work intended to be completed will involve but is not limited to: A. Installation of the improvements per plan and specifications. B. The removal and reconstruction of concrete curbs, sidewalks, and driveway aprons. C. The repair, replacement, or installation of storm drainpipes and structures. D. Installation of stormwater facilities as indicated in the design drawings. E. Installation and maintenance of erosion and sediment controls. F. Coordination with adjacent property owners. G. Other associated work as listed on the Schedule of Prices. H. Lighting Improvements. I. Americans with Disability Act Requirements J. Utility Relocations and Coordination. K. Preconstruction meetings with WSSC, Verizon, City of Gaithersburg, City's Erosion and Sediment Control Inspector, Maryland Department of Environment are required. L. Ongoing coordination as needed for the work, this is incidental to the cost of the items. M. MDE reporting requirements following conditions of permits. N. Closeout of permits. 0. Generate and obtain final As-built approval.
