AMENDMENT 0004: The purpose of this amendment is to change the required registration date for the site visit from 13 April 2026 at 12:00PM EDT to 6 April 2026 at 12:00PM EDT. The site visit date and time remains unchanged for 8 April 2026 at 10:00AM EDT. The date for questions post-site visit also remains unchanged for 15 April 2026 at 12:00PM EDT. AMENDMENT 0003. See attached Amendment 0003 for the government's response to submitted questions. AMENDMENT 002. The purpose of Amendment 0002 is to provide the attachments listed in the Statement of Work. AMENDMENT 0001. SEE ATTACHED AMENDMENT FOR PURPOSE, REVISIONS, RESPONSE INSTRUCTIONS, SITE VISIT, AND PERTINENT DETAILS The contractor shall provide an annual maintenance and repair service that includes all labor, materials, equipment, and parts necessary to ensure rolling doors remain fully operational at all times. Services shall include two preventive maintenance visits per year to inspect, adjust, lubricate, test, and make repairs as needed. The contractor shall also remain available for as-needed emergency repair services throughout the base year and any exercised option periods. Quoters must submit all questions concerning this solicitation in writing to both the Contract Specialist Ranae Armstrong (ranae.armstrong@nist.gov) and the Contracting Officer, Don Collie (Donald.collie@nist.gov). Questions should be received no later than 03/30/26. All responses to timely submitted questions, will be made in writing, without identification of the questioner, and will be included in an amendment to the solicitation. Even if provided in other form, only the responses included in the amendment to the solicitation will be deemed as the Government's formal response and govern performance of the contract. If a potential offeror has questions after the site visit, questions to contract specialist Ranae Armstrong at ranae.armstrong@nist.gov with a CC to contracting officer Don Collie at Donald.collie@nist.gov no later than 12:00pm EST on April 15, 2026. Any question(s) submitted after the question submission deadline will not be accepted and a Government response will not be provided. Extended Inquiry Date The inquiry deadline is hereby extended to April 15, 2026, 12:00pm ET.
