Site work for a development in Appalachia, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a development.

The work consists of replacing an existing retaining wall to the rear of the residence. Overhead utilities will need to be relocated to minimize potential conflicts during construction. The removed wall will be taken to the disposal area. The drainage ditch at the top of the slope behind the residence will be regraded to ensure ponding of water does not occur. Underdrains will be installed to move water away from the slope. The project is known as the Halfway Branch Landslide II in Wise County, for the Commonwealth of Virginia. All Inquiries for Information Should Be Directed To: Jennifer Dillemuth (804) 486-2753 or by email at: jennifer.dillemuth@energy.virginia.gov. Commodity Code(s): 96273
