Description

Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Redding, California. Completed plans call for the construction of a two-story above grade educational facility.

Proposals are requested from licensed subcontractors for a Lease-Leaseback project involving Shasta Lake School's Admin & Classroom Building, Increment 1. This includes site preparation, grading, and underground utility work for subsequent new construction of a two-story administrative and classroom building. Each prospective MEP Contractor holding specific license types (C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43, and/or C-46) must be prequalified with the Gateway Unified School District and with CORE Construction using the specified online platforms. The project is subject to prevailing wage rate requirements, a 3% DVBE goal, and Skilled and Trained workforce requirements. CORE Construction is an equal opportunity employer.
