The intent is to obtain products of proven performance that are rugged, reliable, and capable of remaining in service for many years with minimal maintenance. Only manufacturers with a minimum of five years of demonstrated experience manufacturing products of the type and size specified will be considered. The initial contract period is from the date of award through June 30, 2027, with the option for two additional one-year extensions.
