Site work for a water / sewer project in Upper Gwynedd, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of the installation of approximately 195 linear feet of 8" ductile iron water main, 143 linear feet of 30" HDPE pipe, all appurtenances, and vegetative restoration along the utility easement that extends from Gwynedale Way to Jarvis Lane in Upper Gwynedd Township, Montgomery County, PA. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check drawn to the order of North Wales Water Authority, or a Bid Bond in favor of North Wales Water Authority in the amount of 10% of the bid price. The check or bond shall be subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. The work constitutes a Public Works by a Public Body under Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act; prevailing minimum wage rates, as set by the Pennsylvania Secretary of Labor, must be paid to workmen employed on this project. No bid may be withdrawn within sixty days of the bid opening. North Wales Water Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any bidding informalities.
