The Board of Supervisors of Franklin Township seeks bids for the 2026 Interim Road Project Bid (b) in Chester County, PA. Bidders are encouraged to obtain the bid package online or at the Franklin Township building. Sealed bids must be identified as the “2026 Interim Road Project Bid (b)” and received by Franklin Township staff by the specified deadline. The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any and all bids in their entirety or any part thereof. All bids must include a certified check or bid bond for 10% of the bid amount payable to Franklin Township. The successful bidder must provide a Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of $100,000.00 and a Certificate of Insurance as applicable within 21 business days of the bid award. Bids received after the submission deadline will not be opened or considered. Equipment with operator to be made available for use in the Township is listed in the bid package. Questions must be submitted by email to the Township Engineer. All questions regarding this bid package shall be submitted by email to the Township Engineer, Ron Ragan at ron.rea@verizon.net
