Renovation of an educational facility in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Sealed proposals are invited for furnishing all materials and performing all work for a partial roof replacement at Columbia-Montour Area Vocational-Technical School, for the Roofing Construction prime contract. Bidders must submit proposals on the forms provided in the specifications, accompanied by a bank cashier or treasurer's check, or bid bond, for at least 10% of the total proposal amount, and the Non-Collusion Affidavit. Evidence of experience, qualifications, and financial ability may be required following bid submission. All bids must be sealed and clearly marked as specified. Performance Bond, Payment Bond, and Maintenance Bond will be required from the successful bidder. Bidders must inspect the site and building following a Pre-Bid Meeting; bids will not be accepted from those who have not inspected the site. The contractor is responsible for determining quantities of materials and labor prior to submitting a bid and certifies, upon agreement, that all conditions have been evaluated and that the contract will be completed for the proposed costs. The school reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof.
