Site work and paving for a road / highway in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Contractor to furnish and place approx. 13,501 SY of Bituminous Fiber Reinforced Seal Coat and approx. 13,501 SY of Asphalt Fog Seal. Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the contract is required of all bidders for each contract. Performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract, as well as proof of workers compensation insurance will be required within 20 days of receiving notice of being awarded the bid to each contract. All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
