Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Airway Heights, Washington. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 5,000-square-foot retail development; for site work for a retail development; industrial development; and industrial development.
The Spokane Tribe of Indians is requesting proposals to provide architectural and engineering services for an approximately 5,000-square-foot cannabis retail facility to be located on the Spokane Tribe's Reservation in Airway Heights, Washington. The facility is anticipated to include 3,000 square feet of retail space, 1,000 square feet for back of house operations, and 1,000 square feet for basic processing. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. "Requests for proposals for design services is underway."
