Renovation of an educational facility in San Francisco, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
This project involves the replacement of two existing rooftop air handling/heating units at Sutro Elementary School. The scope includes the removal and disposal of two existing units and all related electrical and mechanical items, followed by the installation of two new rooftop air handling/heating units. Work also includes all associated electrical, mechanical, and miscellaneous related work to complete the installation, as well as testing and commissioning of the new units. There is no hazardous materials abatement work in this project. Question Deadline 05/25/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed in writing to the District (see contact below). Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by the District in response to such questions will be issued in writing by Addenda, emailed, or delivered to all parties recorded by the District as having received the Contract Documents. Questions received less than seven (7) days prior to the date for opening Bids may not be answered.
