Lawton Community Schools is seeking preliminary bids for HVAC JACE system upgrades and replacements. Bidding documents are available on www.lawtoncs.org. Bids should be sent to HS/MS/ES HVAC JACE UPGRADES, Attn: Jim Turner, Operations Director, Lawton Community Schools, 101 Primary Way, Lawton, MI 49065. Lawton Community Schools is seeking preliminary bids for HVAC JACE system upgrades and replacements. This bid needs to include the following: o Retrieve backups of all (4) existing Jaces across the district. o Perform necessary database migrations of all (4) Jace stations to Tridium N4 software. o Provide and install (2) new Jace 9000's at the High School, (1) new Jace 9000 at the Middle School, and (1) new Jace 9000 at the Elementary School. o Provide and install (4) new LON network communication cards; 1 for each new Jace 9000. o Provide and install (1) new Web Supervisor on a new server that will be furnished by the districts IT group. o Install the existing Web Supervisors' backed up station data onto the new Web Supervisor. o Verify all new Jaces are communicating with the Web Supervisor properly. o Complete necessary system backups once all upgrades are complete. o 18-Month Software Maintenance Agreement is included on (4) Jaces and (1) Web Supervisor. All proposals shall be accompanied by a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship (or lack of a relationship) that exists between the Owner or any employee of the bidder and any member of the Board of Education of the Lawton Community Schools or the Superintendent of the School District. The District shall not accept a bid that does not include a sworn and notarized disclosure statement. Iran Affidavit: The bid shall be accompanied by a sworn and notarized statement pertaining to the IRAN ECONOMIC SANCTIONS ACT compliance of Michigan Public Act NO.512 of 2012. AWARD: It is the intention of Lawton Community Schools to award the contract to a bidder fully capable, both financially and as regards to experience and to perform and complete the work in a satisfactory manner. Each bidder under consideration may be required to submit a certified statement of his experience and financial status.
