The work shall be performed in accordance with the most current version of the City of Bismarck Construction Specifications for Municipal Public Works Improvements , as supplemented and/or modified by the enclosed Project Special Provisions . It shall be necessary for the Contractor to reference materials in the said specifications not included herein. The enclosed Project Special Provisions , the City of Bismarck Construction Specifications for Municipal Public Works Improvements , the Construction Plans and all supplementary documents are essential parts of the Contract , and a requirement occurring in one is as binding as though occurring in all . They are intended to be complementary and to describe and provide for a complete project . Anything in the Specifications and not on the Plans , or on the Plans and not in the Specifications , shall be as though shown or mentioned in both . In case of discrepancy , calculated dimensions will govern over scaled dimensions . In case of discrepancy between plans and specifications , the plans will govern . The scope of work consists of work items including but not limited to: Mobilization; Mechanical Dredging, Transportation and Disposal, Erosion Control plus other associated and incidental items.
