Perform corrective maintenance repairs to two HVAC systems in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. All work shall be completed to restore the systems to full operational condition. All wages paid under this contract must be in accordance with the Service Contract Act (SCA) and shall be paid at the applicable prevailing wage rates for the place of performance and the period of performance. The MMB (Multi-Mission Building), a two-story building within the Station's perimeter has a malfunctioning AAON & LG Multi-V system with varying issues. Attempts made by Coast Guard (CG) personnel included the troubleshooting necessary for the ideal current repairs, with additional work to assist in future maintenance. The intent of this scope is to acquire a contractor to perform corrective maintenance repairs to two HVAC systems, including but not limited to all equipment associated with both AAON & LG Multi V such as compressors, refrigerant lines, Isolation Valves, Motors, etc - among any other issue found on the system upon repairs.
