Renovation of a laboratory facility in Highlands, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility.
The project involves the mechanical upgrade of refrigerators and freezers at the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) in Fort Dix, New Jersey. The scope includes replacing existing refrigeration compressors, evaporator coils, and associated piping and insulation. The contractor must also provide new refrigerant piping, electrical connections, and controls to ensure proper operation of the upgraded systems. All work must comply with applicable codes and standards, and the contractor is responsible for testing and commissioning the equipment upon completion. Project Magnitude.
