The work consists of non-personal services to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances, and supervision necessary for the renovation and repair of a walk-in freezer. The project includes all activities required to complete the walk-in freezer repairs in accordance with contract requirements, from commencement through final inspection and completion of any punch list items. The contract will be awarded as a single firm fixed-price contract with a total performance period of 20 calendar days after notice to proceed, including inspection and punch list completion.
