A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Provide all labor, qualified supervision, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, and incidentals required to repair deteriorated mortar joints on the exterior brick surfaces of the Memorial House and Colonial Kitchen buildings, including repointing work in accordance with applicable preservation standards. The work also includes installation of a new vertical seam metal roofing system and seamless gutters at the Visitor Center building. All construction activities shall be performed in accordance with the detailed specifications and drawings provided in the solicitation documents. The estimated magnitude of the complete requirement is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00.
