Bid Description: This work consists of construction of a boiler replacement for the Royalton Town Garage (4021 VT-14, Royalton, VT). A recent energy audit for the building is available by emailing the project contact. Before submitting a proposal, bidders shall examine the town scope documents, visit the work site if necessary, and fully inform themselves as to all existing conditions. Contractor shall replace this unit with a condensing propane-fired boiler with a modulating burner and stainless-steel heat exchanger. 1. Materials a.
