Site work for a library in Scarsdale, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a library.
Scarsdale Public Library Site Improvements & Outdoor Pavilion: Sealed proposals are solicited for the site improvements and outdoor pavilion project. Bidders must submit a certified check, bid bond, or cash amounting to at least 5% of the total bid. The successful bidder's deposit will be retained until contract execution and proof of required insurance and bonds are provided. Unsuccessful bidders' deposits will be held until contract execution or bid rejection. The Village of Scarsdale reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or waive informality in proposals as deemed advisable for the Village. The Work includes a new outdoor pavilion located south of the existing Library and surrounding civil and site work. The pavilion consists of a concrete foundation and perimeter wall, an enclosed storage space, and an open-air mass timber pavilion structure. The pavilion includes lighting, heating units, and ceiling fans. The contract includes all Architectural, Civil, Electrical, Fire Alarm, Plumbing, Site, and Structural work and requires coordination with a separate audio-video contractor. Refer to bid document drawings for complete scope of work.
