Sealed proposals are requested for planned pavement patchwork and related restoration work. Bidders must submit a certified check, bid bond, or cash in an amount not less than 5% of the total bid. The successful bidder is required to execute the contract within ten days after the notice of award, or the bid security will be forfeited as liquidated damages. The bid deposit or bid bond of the successful bidder will be retained until the contract is executed and all required insurance and bonds are provided and accepted.
