Renovation of a municipal facility in West Richland, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Grant Agreement Number: 26-96647-184 This contract provides for the furnishing, installation, and commissioning of a complete emergency power system for the City of West Richland Municipal Services Facility. The work includes, but is not limited to, installation of a 480/277V, 3-phase generator and bypass isolation automatic transfer switch (ATS), concrete support pads, associated piping and fittings, electrical wiring and components, and integration with existing building electrical and information technology rooms. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, testing, commissioning, and incidentals necessary to deliver a complete and operational system in accordance with the Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, the Standard Specifications, and all applicable codes and regulations. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in surety bond, cash, certified check, or cashier's check, surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal. Only properly executed proposals submitted on the forms furnished by the City of West Richland will be accepted. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities, to accept any bid deemed to be responsive in the best interest of the City, and reserves the right to readvertise for new proposals. Small, Minority- and Women-owned firms are encouraged to submit bids. Disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
