Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Portland, Oregon. Completed plans call for the construction of a 126,750-square-foot, six-story above grade, 268-unit, 528-bed educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

Current package (RFP 02) is to select an early design assist solar subcontractor to procure potential long lead equipment and assist with solar system attachments, conduit routing pathways and applicable tax rebate programs. Electrical scope for the new residence hall building will be a separate package and bid at a later date. Project Address: 1831 SW Park Avenue (formerly Blackstone Residence Hall) 1802 SW 10th Avenue (formerly Montgomery Residence Hall) Project Description: 6 story building Construction type: Type III-A wood construction over Type I-A concrete podium Approx. 126,750 GSF Approx. 268 units (528 beds) The PSU New Housing Building (PSU NHB) will be a new, purpose-built residence hall designed for first-year students. Located along the South Park Blocks in the heart of campus, the project will strengthen connections to the surrounding academic and cultural environment while bringing renewed energy and vibrancy to PSU's central district.
