This project mainly aims the complete execution of all repair and redevelopment work for the 3rd floor care unit at CHSLD LaPiniere, located at 4895 Saint-Joseph Street, Laval. The contractor must also refer to the complete plans and specifications (architecture, mechanics, electricity and structure) to determine the precise scope of work and protective measures required. The contractor must take into consideration that this building is a long-term care facility and remains occupied for the duration of the work. The work includes, but is not limited to: . The provision of all permits other than the required construction permit, including related documents; . The demolition of elements; . Temporary work; . Lockdown work related to infection control; . Lockdown work related to user safety; . The holes; . The coordination of the work according to the phasing and timeline to be provided by the contractor; . Participate in weekly meetings with the project manager and other meetings upon request; . The removal of waste; . The daily and final cleaning of the site; . The provision of documents related to documentation and the closure of the site. Work schedule: Work that does not disrupt the peripheral activities of the establishment may be carried out during the following hours, between 6:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Noisy work will only be tolerated from 8:00 am. Other work must be done in the evening and on weekends. No tolerance will be accepted before or after these working hours. Service interruptions must be coordinated with the technical service department between 5 and 10 working days before the intervention, depending on the nature of the work. All service outages will be evening, night or weekend, depending on the impacts on the operation of services and current operations, without compensatory fees for the Contractor. (ANNEX I)
