Renovation of a fire / police facility in Hollis, New Hampshire. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The Hollis Fire Department seeks quotes for removal and installation of a new architectural asphalt shingle roof for the bay section of the fire station located at 10 Glenice Drive, Hollis, NH. The scope of work includes removing existing shingles, diverters, drip edge, ridge cap, and vent boots, and installing new architectural style asphalt shingles with necessary drip edges, diverters, ridge caps, and vent boots. All debris must be disposed of off-site. The selected vendor shall recommend the brand and longevity of the shingle and ensure adequate resources to complete the project. Bidders are encouraged to schedule a pre-proposal site visit. Proposals must be submitted via email with the subject line: 2026 Roof Project. Vendors are responsible for confirming delivery of their quote and must complete the RFQ package in its entirety to be eligible. Detailed considerations of the issues and opportunities presented by the project should be reflected in the proposal. Additional relevant information or tasks identified by the vendor should be included. Late submissions will not be accepted. June 8, 2026: Finalist name presented to the Hollis Select Board for approval.
